Looks like Rachel didn't like the way things went in court

Friday night Rachel called and said she had to be at work at 4:30pm on Saturday and James would have to pick Christian up from Buddy and Louise's house. James asked her why she didn't mention this while we were at court on Wednesday. She said this is a cash job and she doesn't know in advance if she is going to be working. James told her that Christian needed to be at the mall at 4:30pm and whoever her babysitter is needs to be someone that will bring him to the exchange. She called James again on Saturday while he was at work and left a message saying that he wouldn't see Christian until Sunday.

James got off of work at 4pm and she said she had to be at work at 430pm. Presumably she had made her decision and headed out for work before he got off. Calling at that point would not have been productive.

Rachel called again at 11:30pm, we were asleep. She left a message saying that James should call to set up visitation for Sunday. There was nothing to set up, it's all spelled out in the court order. She also called about 8am the next morning for the same 'reason'. (The GAL has set a standard that there should be no calls between 9pm and 9am.) She also chose to drop a few insults and accusations in the middle of it all. She accused him of not answering at 1130pm the night before because he was out drinking... James? No! James told her we have two kids, we don't go out drinking and reminded her that she was the one who was up and around at 1130pm on a Saturday night.

James told her unless he tells her otherwise, she should assume that he will be following the order, there is no need to call to make arrangements.

After beginning to call us at 8am she was still 20 minutes late dropping Christian off and he had not been bathed. She had him dressed in jeans and a t-shirt. Then, used that as an excuse to call two times during the day just to remind us if we take him to the park to make sure he is wearing shorts. We always change him while we have him for a day so that the clothes she sends him in return just as clean as when we got him. Of course we will dress him appropriately whatever the weather. Sometimes we have to wash the clothes that she sends him in before we put them back on him because they were dirty when she dropped hiim off. If it was so important to her that he be wearing shorts if we went to the park, she should have dressed him in shorts to drop him off, since she doesn't realize that we change his clothes, she could have rested at ease for the day knowing that he had shorts.
