Day By Day
Well, James and I both tried to get set up with the agency that the GAL recommended we use for counseling. They told me that they don't do this type of thing. I called the GAL at 10am on Friday. She said that she had one other issue in another city where something was messed up and then she'd work on this. Well, I still have not heard back from her but someone named Marissa from that agency called James yesterday. He called last night and again this morning, the people who answer the phone there have no idea who woman is. So, James called the GAL today to let her know he got this call but we need better contact info for whoever it is that we need to be contacting. I told James since the GAL never returned my call, I think that lets me off the hook for having to go see the counselor. haha. I know better!
Pete, after trying to get ahold of the GAL since Monday morning finally talked with her today. She didn't care much about our issues with the medicine she gave Christian aside from not being happy that she wouldn't be honest about the dosage and times given. But she was very unhappy that he was wearing a diaper and that he is calling Buddy "Daddy". Of course, she was only unhappy enough to make a call to Rachel, not enough to actually let James see Christian on a regular basis to make sure he is being well taken care of. UGH!
Anyway! James went to a meeting today at Dell. It was a waste of time. They had a thousand people there and just a few supervisors there to meet with people after a dog and pony show between the governor and Michael Dell talking about the growth of OKC. He was hoping to get some one on one time with someone in a hiring position.
Yesterday, Jordan had a really good day going potty, no accidents during the day or night but today, I took her out in panties and she had a couple of accidents.... bummer!
We got James' cap and gown and he is getting ready to graduate. I can't believe it's just a few weeks away. We won't know what to do with each other when we are both able to be home every night. But I look forward to trying to figure it out.
I have an urge to go bowling.
