Well, we finally go to court for enforcement of the current judgment again this Wednesday. I think this has been the longest month ever. Christian is very missed around here. I know how much the girls and I miss him, I can't imagine how hard this has been for James. Sometimes that is the sweetest little angel of a boy you've ever met and then there are times that he is very difficult, we can usually tell that this has been encouraged by someone outside of our home. No matter if it's a good day or a bad day, he just steals your heart. It has to be hard for him to be pulled away from his dad the way he has been and I am sure he's been told that it's his dad's choice. This poor little boy doesn't know what the truth is. We are hoping for actual enforcement of the existing judgment but our lawyer says a 15 day judgment is hard to enforce. Our preference would be then that Rachel end up with visitation and we get physical custody during the interim. At the very least we expect a standard vistitation schedule. Even that would be a drastic improvement over the way things are now. It's not all the time we'd like but it's better than nothing which is basically what we have.

Well, my little brothers divorce has been final for a month or two now and he is getting back into the swing of dating. The 32 yr old didn't last long, now he's dating an 18 yr old. He's 22. The 18 yr old he actually let us meet. I will wait awhile to decide what I think of her. I need to observe more. So far she is cute, polite... I haven't seen much personality though. I have lots of questions but I am biding my time.. either she will be around long enough to ask in a comfortable situation so that she doesn't think I'm grilling her or she will go on her way and my questions will be rendered unnecessary. Either way she is making my brother happy at the moment and he needs it so she has my gratitude.

We still have ants. They are mostly in the bathroom but even that is really inconvenient. We have had them other places like the kids room and the kitchen. It's gross. Right now, the girls are not allowed baths only showers because I don't want them swimming around with 'em. It took over a month but I finally got the landlords attention when I said I wanted permission to hire an exterminator and take the cost out of our rent. Finally, the exterminator is coming this afternoon. I can't even express what a relief that is for me. I couldn't help but think that our landlord would have acted faster if James had called. Our landlord sort of acts like it's a waste of his time to speak with a woman.

I talked to James about what he wanted to do tonight... I gave him lots of options and we are staying home... lol He wasn't feeling well last night. I hope he feels better tonight. He said he just wants to try to get Christian and stay home. That sounds like a very good idea to me. We haven't been able to sit down for dinner at the table with Christian in our new house yet. When we have it it's always so sporadic and we are trying to make up for the time we don't have so we are on the run. If we could get him tonight we might actually get to relax with him a bit.
