No Christian this weekend

Well, we didn't get Christian this weekend. When James called Sunday morning it started off bad with Rachel's sister Gina answering the phone and lying to James by saying that Christian was not there. Then Rachel got on the phone and that was even worse. She complained that he is only calling one day a week, well she hasn't been letting him have him except on Sundays so that is the day he calls, if she won't let him have him there is no reason for him to call just to give her the opportunity to be nasty to him. She said that Christian doesn't want to see him and then said he could have him anytime he wants him as long as he doesn't spend the night but wouldn't let him pick him up because they are going to church at noon. She told him that he could pick him up at two. She also implied that we hadn't given her our new address as if she were some victim, then finally admitted she had it. At the end she repeatedly insulted me and the girls. So, James ended the call. He got an email today from his supervisor saying that he is required to work 9 hours on wednesday, around his classes and he has to work 9 hours on Sunday too. I can't wait until we get to court and get this judgement enforced so he can finally see his son. I have posted the conversation here... this is an audio post - click to play

Well, she contradicted herself when she was saying it wasn't her fault that James only sees Christian one time a week and then would not let him have him on that one day. Then she is calling people names. I think she should look in the looking glass of life and see what she has made of herself.
Hey, maybe next time she says she is going to take him to church, you should drive to the church as fast as you can and see if she ever shows up. There are not that many doors to the church that she says she goes to. You can see them all from the parking lot. Call me, I will come help you watch for them.
Mainly, you know that she is in the wrong. I just hope and pray that the judge sees it.
Love Ya Sweety,
Mom
