5 days and counting!
It's nice to have James home on a Tuesday night. I know it won't last for long but I will enjoy spending time with him in between semesters. I think we finally got everything that we need for the wedding, down to the details... My fear is that the wedding day will come and I will find that we forgot something very important. As of now, Sunday morning we have to pick up the cake and the bouquet and we will be set.
I had a full set of nails put on today. I also did something that I've never done before. I had a pedicure! It was wonderful! I even got a french manicure on my toes!! I only splurged on my toes because James and I both will be wearing flip flops at the wedding and I need pretty toes. I am trying to convince him to get a pedicure but he seems to think that I'm crazy. He's happy that I enjoyed it but that's where his interest in the topic seems to stop.
Tomorrow on lunch I am going to get my eyebrows waxed. Eww! The things that we girls do to look nice for boys....
James and I went Saturday to drop off my rings to have them sautered together. They came in today so, since I work very near there, I picked them up on my way home this evening. They are so pretty, I can't wait to get to wear the set together. At least once a day while James is holding my hand he mentions that it doesn't feel right. I whole heartedly agree. I know I've only worn it for a few months but I was very used to wearing my engagement ring. I thought after a few hours it would seem normal again but it's been days now and I haven't adjusted yet.
Work is going well. We are Ultra busy. They decided that we are no longer allowed overtime but the same amount of work has to get done by the same deadline, actually more. I inherited a new market as of this morning and at the beginning of next payroll (two weeks from today) I will get yet another market. Time management is very important right now. The new no OT rule has actually made things a bit more pleasant in the office. There are 7 women in one office so, you know there is always some kind of drama. Today, everyone had on headphones and they were all glued to their keyboards. No time for all of the 'stuff'.
Time to Rest!
